Description
Vintage circa 1930s quilt top measuring 80 inches by 80 inches. Pattern is a Basket of Chips or Flower Basket with green baskets and various scraps of c1930s fabrics and feedsacks in typical pastels of the era. There are 49 blocks each about 9 inches square (25 basket with 24 alternating white squares). There is a 4 inch green border, followed by a 3.5 inch white outer border. The basket blocks were pieced by hand, and the top was assembled by machine.
Condition is good with some small spots and some water damage along the top.
