From the 1930s, a home made (by machine and by hand) bed cover of Black Satin and Ecru Schiffli Lace. Very dramatic and elegant. The spread is pictured on my queen sized bed. The lace area measures 80"x68" with a 16" black satin ruffle on three sides. It is embellished with a pretty green braided chenille trim. It is in excellent condition with only two small tears up by the head of the piece where the ruffle attaches to the spread. There is also about 9" of extra lace under the foot ruffle...great in case in the future a piece needs to be restored! Free US Insured shipping.
